“Prickly N Pink”

2 oz Levity Agave High Water
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Prickly Pear Syrup
1 oz Fresh Lime juice
1⁄2 oz Orange Juice
Glass: Rocks Glass
Garnish: Lime Wheel and Tajin Side Rim
Method:
Start by taking the Rocks glass you will be using and use a wedge of orange to do a single swipe of the juice down the side of the glass starting from the top and going directly down to the bottom of the glass horizontally. Put tajin on a plate or bowl and lightly press the now wet side of the glass into the tajin to get a clean tajin swipe down the side of the glass. Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and shake until the shaker tin is cold to the touch. Add fresh ice to the Rocks glass and strain the cocktail over the new ice. Garnish with a fresh cut lime wheel.

2 oz Levity Agave High Water
3⁄4 oz Liquid Alchemist Mango Syrup
3⁄4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3 Jalapeno Slices
Top With Topo Chico
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Lime Wheel w/ Jalapeno Slices
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin except for the Topo Chico, add ice and shake until the shaker tin is cold to the touch. Add fresh ice to the Rocks glass and strain the cocktail over the new ice, then top with Topo Chico. Garnish with 2 slices of jalapeno and a lime wheel.
“Tangerine Sky”

2 oz Levity Agave High Water
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Blood Orange Syrup
1⁄4 oz Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
1⁄2 oz Fresh Orange Juice
1⁄2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1⁄2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Dehydrated Lime Wheel
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and shake until the shaker tin is cold to the touch. Add fresh ice to the Collins glass and strain the cocktail over the new ice. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel, if you don’t have a dehydrator a fresh lime wheel will also work fine!
London High Recipes
“Bud Tender”

2 oz Levity London High
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Raspberry Syrup
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
2 Dashes of Rose Water
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Ground Up Dried Hibiscus Leaves
Method:
Start by putting ice in your coupe glass to begin cooling the glass while you make the cocktail. Next combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and shake until the shaker tin is cold to the touch. You are then going to strain the contents of the shaker back into the shaker without ice and seal the tin then re-shake vigorously, this is called a reverse dry shake, what this is doing is getting the egg white foam nice and frothy for the cocktail. *If still not enough head on the drink, re-shake it for a little while longer I promise it’ll come. You will then double strain into the chilled coupe glass, this to eliminate any free flowing ice chips that can further dilute the drink. You then will take the ground up hibiscus leaves and sprinkle them across the top in a horizontal line so it makes a line of petals across the middle of the egg white.

2 oz Levity London High
3⁄4 oz Liquid Alchemist Passionfruit Syrup
3⁄4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 oz Coconut Water
Glass: Stemmed Wine Glass
Garnish: Mint Bush and Dehydrated Lemon Wheel
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and shake until the shaker tin is cold to the touch. Add fresh ice to wine glass and strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with a bushel of mint and a dehydrated lemon wheel, if you don’t have a dehydrator a fresh lime wheel will also work fine!
“Pricky Ricky”

2 oz Levity London High
3⁄4 oz Liquid Alchemist Strawberry Syrup
3⁄4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
5 Basil LeavesTop With Q Soda
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Dehydrated Lemon Wheel with 4 Fanned Basil Leaves
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and shake until the shaker tin is cold to the touch. Dump the contents of the tin into the Collins glass, do not strain the drink so that the basil leaves stay in the cocktail, top with Q Soda and garnish. Garnish with 4 basil leaves and a dehydrated lemon wheel, if you don’t have a dehydrator a fresh lemon wheel will also work fine!
“Ken-Tokey BBS” (Blood Orange Basil Smash)

2 oz Levity Mellow Mash
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Blood Orange Syrup
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
6 Basil Leaves
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Basil Leaves
Method:
Add the 6 basil leaves to the bottom of the glass and muddle. Combine all other ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and shake until the shaker tin is cold to the touch. Add new ice to the glass over the basil and strain the contents of the shaker tin over the fresh ice. Garnish with a crown of basil leaves.
“Marley’s Punch”

2 oz Levity Mellow Mash
3⁄4 oz Tilly’s N/A Blue Curacao Syrup
1⁄2 oz Liquid Alchemist Mango Syrup
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 1⁄4 oz Lime Juice
Glass: Large Collins Glass
Garnish: 3 Pineapple Fronds and a Dehydrated Lime Wheel.
Method:
Start by adding the Blue Curacao syrup to the bottom of the glass. Combine remaining ingredients and ice into a shaker tin and shake until the shaker tin is cold to the touch. Add ice to the glass and slowly pour the contents of the shaker tin over the ice to keep the blue syrup separated at the bottom of the glass. Garnish with 3 pineapple fronds and a dehydrated lime wheel l, if you don’t have a dehydrator a fresh lime wheel will also work fine!
“Country Bumpkin”

2 oz Levity Mellow Mash
3⁄4 oz Liquid Alchemist Apple Spice Syrup
3⁄4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Top With Q Ginger Ale
Glassware: Collins Glass
Garnish: Dehydrated Lemon Wheel & A Cinnamon Stick
Method:
Combine all ingredients except for the q ginger ale into a shaker tin and add ice. Shake until the shaker tin is cold to the touch. Add fresh ice to the Collins glass and strain the shaker tin’s contents over the new ice in the Collins glass. Top with Q ginger ale and garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel with a cinnamon stick in front of it, if you don’t have a dehydrator a fresh lemon wheel will also work fine!
