Shipping policy

Orders are packaged within 1-2 business days for shipment.  Once the shipment enters the parcel services' ecosystem, it can take up to 7 business days to arrive.

If an order arrives damaged, please document the damage through photos and send the photos along with the order number to sales@drinklevity.com so that a replacement can be issued.  Customers must contact sales@drinklevity within 48 hours of delivery with any pertinent information regarding damaged or missing items.
